It is wonderful that Jacinda’s words and actions have impacted so many people positively globally, we are very proud of her and it is a great and important message but it breaks my heart that it seems to be so unusual for so many people worldwide to experience such an attitude. I remember thinking about retiring there, it was one of the only other countries I would have been able to bring my firearms collection, which includes quite a lot arms folks lately find objectionable. These days it’s the U.S.; I think there’s a couple South American countries that whilst having nothing like the second amendment are not fearful of an armed citizenry. Ukraine for obvious reasons adopted a pretty nice standard lately. The Czech Republic too; but the weather in both places is pretty hostile and whilst I love the second amendment I’m not as traditionally conservative as Eastern Europeans.
