Only 55 years young but same. Just got back from the gym a couple of hours ago where, amongst other exercises, I bench pressed 120kg five times and deadlifted 180kg. Now that might not win any medals, but my form was good, it’s better than I could do in my 40s and I feel fantastic. Oh and like, Jacinto I walk to and from the gym (approx 4km) as its a great way to warm up and cool down. Anyway, the guy is an inspiration - keep it up.

Congratulations Jacinto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
