When I heard Pastor Hibbs saying what was right for God to do, I immediately prayed the opposite asking him NOT to give us what Pastor Jack said and not what we deserve! And I named in my prayer as many people and situations in the Bible that I could think of that God did not give them what they deserved. I was crying so hard, but I knew he heard me anyway. Great message gentlemen. Something we can all understand and that at one time or another we have all experienced. Having something really cool or valuable to us here on earth. And feeling like that’s what we are living for in a sense. What we all experienced though is that material things are never enough. You always want more and if you’re lucky enough to get more it starts to carve a hollowness in us. Eventually leading to feeling depressed or unfulfilled ( just ask anyone in hollyweird about this. They’ll tell you all about it. ) But when you have god when you have the Holy Spirit in you and your focus is in the right place and on the right things ( the trinity ) then having nice things feels nice like a blessing. and not having nice things doesn’t matter. And guess what You’re still blessed!! Because nothing else matters more than gods plan and getting to be part of it through his grace. Nothing on earth even comes close to this gift from our LORD and savior.

Just remember the same God allowed the 2020 election to be stolen. Bc his ways are not our ways. Ppl are falling back to sleep again....Like somehow the woman in travail is gonna slow down her birth pangs. Absolutely! He loves us so much, and wants every situation to being us closer to knowing Him even more. Jeremiah 29:11 was sent to me by a dear sister when our baby was not expected to live. He did go home to the Lord, and we rested on those eternal promises. A verse that also carried me is Psalm 116:15, "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His godly ones."
