Richard was by far the most pure character on that show. He was unbelievably honorable fearful and sad all at once

I just binged the entire series in less than a week. Richard Harrow's death was the only one that broke my heart. Such a tragic character. And so beautifully portrayed. A prequel would be wonderful.

Absolutely the best character on Boardwalk Empire and one of the best characters in any TV show or movie. It took me a minute to realize that he was the bad guy in Pride, Prejudice, and Zombies and a bit part in House of Gucci, amongst other roles.

Undoubtably one of hbo,s top characters, every scene I think he tried to make the viewer uncomfortable and uneasy in every scene but you barracked for him...which made his character intriguing, andhe gave you a break from the gangster world when he just wanted to pursue the normal things in life...he was like the person at home watching the show with everyone else , he was an ally to the viewers

I didn't find it poetic in any way how Richard was killed off. I can't say whether or not I really think it was poor writing that got him killed or I just couldn't get over the fact that my favourite character in the whole fucking series killed the wrong person and died.

This interview made me lose alot of respect for Jack Huston. The character of Richard Harrow was a special one but Jack talks about him like he's some sideshow freak. As a veteran, listening to Jack talk about Harrow made me very sad. This interview made such a mockery of the character and I'm so disappointed in how he portrayed him. Shame on you, Jack Huston. I wish I had never seen this. The show did such a better job of portraying this tortured character. The agony of military veterans isn't a costume that you can just put on to get cool points on late night TV. I can't even begin to articulate how disgusted I am with your ineptitude.
