Hey so I’m still in awe that Jack had intestinal malrotation. I got mine corrected when I was like 11 but it’s caught like 80% of the time in babies within 1-2 months of birth. In older children and adults the percentage of diagnoses falls between 1-0.5% and some studies say even lower. If it’s caught that late especially once symptoms have started (specifically intestinal volvulus which I’m almost positive he was experiencing) you can literally die. I wasn’t ever even told this tho cuz as a kid I had absolutely abhorrent Hypochondria like Chris and that knowledge would have sent me over the fuckin edge lmfaoo. I see you tho and i’m so glad you’re ok now

I'm not a psychiatrist but I am peer-diagnosing this Jack Martin with ADHD, based on what he expressed about himself in this episode. Never heard of him in my entire life until this moment, but... I think it'd be worth looking into, my guy. lmaooo. oh and I would also suggest the Canadian lady with money troubles look into ADHD as well - financial issues is something a lot of women/afab people with ADHD struggle with (but probably also women in general because men have had control of all the money until extremely recently so...let's educate ourselves because the system doesn't fucking want us to know). I'm saying this lightly/non-judgmentally but also seriously, lol. I was diagnosed a month ago so I'm hyper aware of it now. If you think you're just dumb/broken/always making mistakes/everything feels so difficult... look into it.

Just so y'all know, lemon water is not acidic when it hits your stomach and intestines!! It's only acidic in your mouth and then it gets alkaline after its ingested :) really good for acid refulx if you have it. ( a cup of warm water and half a lemon or a whole lemon if it's small!)
