But apart from what's been openly discussed in the media we have no idea the depth and bredth of their difficulties and issues within their relationship and what's occured between them, she's clearly got her valid reasons, but I do agree with him getting closer and closer to death but also losing his faculties and memory, I'd attempt to mend things or at least have closure with my father and I had a god awful relationship with him. You only get one chance after all.

Do I think he should reconnect? Absolutely! Any relationship they’ve had or not had until now doesn’t have to outline their future. I feel so sad yet hopeful for them. I think they need a set-up. I think that if he turns her away, he at least owes her an explanation why. It’s not her fault that her parents couldn’t stay together. As an adult she can make plans with him without her mother’s permission. If he lives to be 100, that would give them 20 years to connect and get to know each other. Be family to each other. I also disconnected from my daughter, because I first had a mother-in-law, that could not keep her interfering nose out of my marriage to her daughter, when I found out my daughter was telling my family that I had beaten up her mother, I asked her why she would say that, as she could not know because she was a baby, she said her mother and grandmother told her, First I explained to her, that was wrong because she did not know if it was true, I then explained that the truth was her mother assaulted me, and I moved out of our bedroom and wanted nothing to do with that marriage anymore, then I told my daughter to respectively never contacted me again. Sorry girls but the truth always hurts. I am not going to hate or judge Jack just because some little Winney little girl wants attention. Intelligence is not enough, you have to use it properly.
