I think Jack Smith is part of the problem for not trying to recall of Cannon the moment Cannon issued her jury instructions. Every expert was appalled by Cannon's instructions. That's enough to proceed with the recall. If Cannon retracts her jury instructions, that means she's still on the case. If she doesn't retract, Canon **may** get recalled. The former is really bad, the latter is what we want, but the latter is what we could have had a couple of weeks ago.

The issues aren't as clear now, shrouded in legal haze. But real change happens at the local levels, national protests aren't as effective. We didn't legalize cannabis via protests, we did by filing briefs and testifying in State Houses. This may not be as visible nationally, but it is definitely happening.
