It was no 'conspiracy'. It was the DOJ under US AG Garland SLEEPING at the wheel. Its well known that there are many single judge federal courts across the US and the court that Judge Cannon was appointed to is just such one of these inside the Southern District of Florida (SDF) and the SDF covers Mar a Lago. The fact that she was nominated by Trump to this court when he was a lame duck AFTER he lost the Nov 2016 election and confirmed by the Mitch McConnell controlled Senate within two weeks shiould have been a HUGE alarm bell in the incoming new Garland led DOJ. In a single court there is no random lottery about which judge takes any case presented to that court - everything goes to the single occupant. Now under past a US Supreme Court ruling making a legal precedent, any federal charge has to be laid in the district of the alleged crime so the DOJ had to charge the Mar-a-Lago documents case in the SDF and the DOJ did take the first step which was request for a FBI/DOJ search warrant to the main Miami courthouse which has many judges. However this is where they made a HUGE mistake in that such a warrant is an administrative matter and as such always handled by a so called Magistrate Judge who is the lowest rank and NOT a full Article 3 (of the US Constitution) US Senate confirmed judge. This judge Bruce Reinhart properly issued the search warrant but in doing so Trump was immediately alerted that a charge was coming so his lawyers immediately ran up to the single judge Fort Pierce courthouse 100 miles north and presented a petition to Aileen Cannon who as a full Article 3 judge was perfectly able to pull rank and seize the case from Magistrate Reinhart. Which i9s what she immediately did. What should have happened is that the Chief Justice of the SDF Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga who sits in Miami should have been asked by the DOJ to take oversight of the case over Magistrate Reinhart from the beginning but the STUPID idiots in the DOJ did not think like the ruthless criminal Trump does and once Cannon had seized the case there was ZERO that could be done to get her off the case.

In this way, they deny the Enlightenment roots of American democracy. 2) Dominionists promote religious supremacy, insofar as they generally do not respect the equality of other religions, or even other versions of Christianity. 3) Dominionists endorse theocratic visions, insofar as they believe that the Ten Commandments, or "biblical law," should be the foundation of American law, and that the U.S. Constitution should be seen as a vehicle for implementing Biblical principles. This is not hyperbole but it is the end of the American experiment in democracy - the incoming administration is prepped to take down all the checks and balances and the stupid majority will cheer them all the way. Judges used to say after condemning a prisoner to execution "May God have mercy on your soul" its applicable to the USA.

There was a lot of things in the Report itself, that have been ignored. There was ample evidence of Trump committing 'obstruction of justice' in Part Two of the Report. By the way the Report is still available on the the Justice Dept's website, as PDF document. And it can be downloaded. Consider that Trump's administration might try to remove it. By the way, the right's claim that there was "no evidence" is a lie, because there was evidence in the Report. However it takes a lot of evidence to get a criminal conviction. Mueller's Report near the end of Part One, explains why certain people were not charged, despite there being evidence. Like Jeff Session 'lied' to Congress about meeting with Russians during the campaign. But he said that he forgot when he testified. And that is hard to prove.
