I was born and bred just up the road to “The City of London Cemetery”.. Many people I know including my grandparents are buried there! I have visited Mary and Catherine’s resting place, also the late great Bobby Moore ⚽️!! Thanks for your tour!!

Believe it or not but when my late Dad was a young Irish emigrant in London during the 1950s he knew an old gentleman who was a native Eastender who could remember the infamous Autumn of Terror and told my Dad all about it. It all seems so long ago now but considering that my Dad met a gentleman who actually lived through these events makes one realise that in human terms it's not that far back from us now. Anyway thanks again for another great video and may the poor victims rest in peace ❤ 🙏 🕊.

Lovely tribute to all the ladies, and also thank you for including the people that were compassionate enough to pay for the funeral expenses so that some of these girls didn’t end up in a paupers grave. I was wondering about that, as I know most of the girls had fallen on hard times and worked the oldest profession in order to pay for a warm bed. RIP ladies
