He only had 45 35 and 25 on each side 😮. That's 255 lbs with the bar . Most people including NFL players won't bench that much let alone earthquake.

Well, he can do +700, soo yeah is a lot but for him only about 1/3 of his max.... Still impressive ngl 😮😮
@jacobsvetich873525 күн бұрын
Lol 99.9% of nfl.players can bench that.
@jammRJ25 күн бұрын
@@jacobsvetich8735 thanks you made my point . if you would have said 100% Players can bench then my point would have been refuted .
@jacobsvetich873525 күн бұрын
@@jammRJ no you said most people and nfl players. Not some or most or a few nfl players. When you just say nfl players, it refers to all nfl players.
@jacobsvetich873525 күн бұрын
@jammRJ you included nfl players as part of most people. So you said some people can but not nfl players.

I go to the gym with the guy that created this. There are a ton of ways you can load the weights to make it more or less stable. If you use kettle bells, the band can go in the bend of the handle, but you can have the KBs tilted different directions (one forward, one back). My son loves that variant. Also, we try to stop just before our chest. Touching your chest takes the more extreme parts of the motion away, and that is nice for the last reps. A lot of times, my son and I will do a have day and go to this after we have recovered. You kinda get sore in different ways and in different areas from this. Also, fun fact, it is one of the gyms Sam Sulek goes to, and you can see the guy that created it in the background of some older videos

Earthquake bar is a time saver mostly, instead of doing a lot of extra balancing works stretches and such, each emphasis on a certain balancing muscle group, you make things so unstable that every balancing muscles would be working and you train them all at the same time, it's not exactly better, but time saving is never a bad thing, and it's fun.

Eathquake bars are very expensive. I get a good effect just using a normal bar with bands and plates dangling.

After seeing RotF as a kid and forevermore, the forest fight will always be my favorite. Seeing him taking on three bad guys (one of which is like twice is size) and winning until he stops to check on Sam (big mistake imo), was just so hype for me. And i love the analysis in this video. The only point i disagree on is the ending where you want a situatiom that we've seen in many movies and stories where the good guy basically turns into the bad guy or is made out to be, by their allies, because that is not the case here. I believe the other autobots and perhaps even the humans understand that what he has resorted to is necessary as this is a fight against extinction and there is nothing immoral when it comes to survival.

Something somewhat similar with gymnastics rings. A barbell and gym equipment will tell you lies about how much usable strength you have.
@fifski24 күн бұрын
Have to disagree on this one. These types of excercises are stupid. The less stable you are the higher the risk of injury and lower potential gain from the excercises. I will leave these types of excercises to gym 'influencer' clowns
