Wow, that was great. I remember someone said, “I was too busy standing in line....”. I thought to myself back then on how sad that statement was. Thanks for the reminder.

Dear Jack! Your video is amazing! I have been struggling with focus since my first memories as a child, that is probably why I became an Air Traffic Controller, because when I am at my job I have to be totally focused at all times, doesn´t matter I have a few or a lot of airplanes under my watch. But outside I still struggle with my busy mind, which loves to jump from the groceries list to my child, to the past and well, you know, everything. I have found many tools along the years, meditation helps me a lot, affirmations too, but I haven´t mastered to become a complete focused woman. I am sure that the incredible tools you shared in your video are going to be very helpful. Since I discovered you at The Secret book and movie I became a big fan. God bless you forever

I remember in the movie the secret, so while in line, I pray or reflect. one time when I applied for passport, I read a book... the time pass so fast... in no time, I'm done. while waiting at school for my children. so I don't say anymore "what's taking it so long..." or I do not like waiting".... coz you always get what you vibrate... I'm kinda aware of what I'm thinking and vibrating... thank you very much Sir JC and to the other coaches.

Your video came at a perfect time as I've been reading Eckhart Tolle and working on staying in the present moment. It's good to have your 6 succint tips! I wrote them down to remind me as my day unfolds. I attended one of your week-long seminars in Scotsdale about 10 years ago. It was a major life-changer for me!

I've found that when in a line at the grocery store and I see that a person behind me has less groceries, I'll tell them to go ahead of me. Some people say, 'thank you' and go ahead others will say, 'oh no, that's O.K. I'm fine, you stay where where you are.' This I find becomes - what goes around, comes around. I've had people tell me to go ahead of them since I had less groceries than them.

Nothing worthwhile comes without effort...so while you may find it initially a "pain" to focus on the "present moment" and all that's good about it, it only gets easier and more profoundly enjoyable as you realize that paradoxically - while I'm taking "time out" from "accomplishing" my "must dos" to "smell the roses" - you get even more done than before instituting this necessary practice. This seemingly insignificant practice is the key to growing your greatest life possible more than any other endeavor :)

Love this video. I understand that training your brain to be present in the moment. At the same time I found out that when you see you as a young person in the mirror your brain accepts the fact. I look much younger and active. Do you agree?
