Super helpful, thanks! I've been seeing comments on FB groups and reddit and other sources saying Starlink can draw anywhere between 45-75 watts, which is a massive difference and obviously changes how much power I need and whether I want to try to do a 12v conversion. Seeing this I think I'm good to go with my current 12v battery and roof rail mounted solar panel setup. Thanks again!

Nice video 👍 That’s the main thing people don’t ask when they get these solar generators. But it should be the second question they ask next to “what will it power? “ They should be asking “ How long does it take to fully charge up from 0%?” Because there’s people that got these solar chargers for medical reasons and will depend on them, but they don’t know how long it will take to charge up. That’s the main reason when people ask me what I recommend, I tell them EcoFlow. They have fast charging when needed and depends which one you get. You can power a house with it. Hope to see your next video with a solar panel on it. If the starlink is pulling max 60 watts. I would try to get panels that will provide 2x to 3x times the output demand without going over the max solar input the unit can handle. So when the Jackery is being used, there will be enough solar coming in to charge the unit as fast as possible, even tho it’s being used. Good Luck & Stay Safe

I would be very much interested if anyone has done this test with the Jackery 1000 Explorer and the Starlink Gen 3 to see how long this would run?

The starlink can last as long as you need it as long as it is connected to electricity or a power station. In the video it stated how long it lasted on our power station.

Absolutely valid comment. I would agree. It almost takes just as long to charge it. For now it works for us but id love to find something different.

@@dariocuriel8940 I also just bought the BLUETTI AC180 with the 200w Solar Panel. I to am looking forward to trying that out. The plan we have for Starlink is the one you can move around. Which costs us $150 month 🥴
