I'd take Jackie Burns over Idina any day. I saw Jackie on Broadway twice and she had a voice that would send chills up your spine. I'd never seen/heard the Wicked soundtrack at the first show or even been remotely close to liking any Broadway show...when she hit the final note of Defying Gravity, I literally turned to my wife and was like "wow....just wow." Fastforward 6 months to my 30th Birthday and we sat front row and I was in heaven. She and Amanda Jane Cooper were absolutely incredible.

I had the pleasure of seeing Jackie in the touring production of Wicked. When she sang Defying Gravity I was literally shaking because she did such an amazing job singing that song. The audience roared so loud when she hit that last note. Man her voice is absolutely breathtakingly incredible.

Fun fact: So, the Liz & Beth that're mentioned near the end of this melody are references to If/Then. Her name is Elizabeth, and the primary way to tell which life you're looking at, is which name is used. She's known as Liz for half of the show, and Beth for the other half.
