Jackie and Shadow sure had a lot to say to each other and their fans too about being thankful for the rains and also the men and women firefighters too for putting out the fires too.👏🏻👏🏻🥳❤️🦅🦅. Those Chortles sure were chortles of pure happiness too and their habitat and nest were spared and saved too. Hearing the chortles from both Jackie and Shadow too just honestly made me smile and with happy tears too.👍🏻🥳😁🦅🦅 I can’t be anymore happier then Jackie and Shadow are and fo them to Aldo be able to breath good and also feel safe too once agwin. Thank you Big Bear Lady Hawk and everyone who kept us all updated on Big Bear and the nasty firs too. God bless you Jackie and Shadow cause now you two can start to do what you two do best and that is to make us smile with your appearances and also Eagle season too where we will get to see you two a lot more often too. @@DAKOTA__. Local experts are saying there are numerous visitors in BBValley. We happened to have seen two soaring above in the air while Jackie & Shadow were at the nest eating their lunch (we were watching the LiveCam-1) in 2023. Either Cali Condor or Lady Hawk captured a footage of a persistent [bald eagle] intruder at the nest either 2021 or 2022 nesting season where Jackie wing slapped numerous times - the scene was pretty intense to watch. We have also seen a juvenile or young eagle who visited Jackie & Shadow a few times during the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Most of us believe it was Spirit, their 2022 offspring. Spirit loved staying at the "basement" of the nest and this young eagle perched at the basement where Jackie was taking a break while Shadow was incubating the eggs. Surprisingly, Jackie tolerated this young eagle for awhile before she pushed it away. Another visit occurred when this same young eagle landed on the SDS (Stick Depot Snag) where Jackie was hanging out. Again, Jackie tolerated it before she flapped her wings - indicating for the young one to leave. I binge-watched most of Cali's videos from the time Shadow still had his brown head feathers. Yes, "90-second fisherman" Shadow... starting the timer from the nest, to the lake, then back to the nest within 90-seconds. 😃 Locals fondly calls him the fastest fisherman in the Lake. 🐟💕☺
