I watch your videos quite often. I don’t tend to comment often. I have learned so much from you. This video was exactly what I was looking for with guidance for the upcoming holidays. Keep doing what you’re doing. You have no idea of how many people you actually help.

Just got back from a 5 day vacation with my family. Fasted at least 15 hours each day but ate most meals with the group. Tried to limit snacking as usual but didn't feel deprived. Got home and found I had a small weightloss despite the more "relaxed" approach. Love the flexibility of fasting! Thanks for the info you post- helps me keep going!

I have only been doing this for around 4 months, but my days are never alike. We really don’t have any routine anymore so my main thing is I will fast at least 18 hours a day. Today we have a function at 5. So I will fast over 24 hours today since I am a mid day faster. I have my LMNT (plain) and will feast at the bonfire tonight! Thanks for your videos, they keep me encouraged!

I watched one of your videos about 6 months ago. You inspired me. I have been an endless journey of diets since in my 20's. I'm in my 40's now. Dieting made me feel sooo guilty, 'oh I ate too many carbs, I didn't eat organic, ect". This lifestyle is so freeing!! I love food of ALL KINDS! This way allows you to have what you love. Also, it makes you more mindful of what you select to eat. I've been fasting for about 3 months, and I lost 10 pounds. I'm losing more in inches vs weight. My goal is 20 pounds. I feel so much better, and I know this is something I can stick to. I fast 20-22 Hours, come home from work and have a beautiful dinner. Weekends, I eat when I want. This might be why I'm losing weight a little slower. But I feel better, and the inches keep coming off. The only down side for me, I love working out, and noticed I didn't have as much stamina while working out. Now I do my workouts on the weekend and maybe once during the week. I just wanted to thank you with all my heart for freeing me!! No more guilt!!

I have only been doing IF for 2 months and I love it. I lost 23 pounds and I just adjust my eating window. So on a holiday I won’t eat until we are at our families house and then open my window for x amount of hours. I am going to eat what makes me happy but not over stuff. Today I wanted popcorn with butter. I had a small bowl. My son said you can’t have that. I said yes I can I’m in my eating window. ❤️ IF and am so thankful to Jackie for all her good advice. This is my new lifestyle. I will never stop.

I've been fasting now for a few weeks and feel great. I did two down days this week and I really enjoyed them. I like doing down days on Fridays so I have a longer eating window on Saturday with my family. I have no idea how much I weigh because I'm waiting for the end of the month to weigh myself but I definitely look and feel slimmer and my waist has gone down almost an inch and a half. Also fasting helps me not be bloated all the time and that is awesome for me. I love fasting.

Kel is so adorable! "Chow down and ciao!" 😂 I loved that! A Crumble Cookie opened in a town that's about a 35 minute drive away, one day I will go there and try it out. Great video with the chicken sausage egg bake!

Jackie again I just want to say thank you The videos you put out are so helpful and this one is especially great for the coming Holiday Season I have to tell you I only started IF late August…I came across one of your shorts videos and the rest is history I had never heard of IF before and slowly just started watching your videos and got Gin’s book I really am just so grateful!!!!! I’m just an ordinary gal…a wife and mom who had fought the diet battles seemingly my whole life and the freedom and peace I’ve found is hard to explain but I feel like you know…while I’ve lost some weight losing the weight of dieting has been my biggest and most joyful loss…I just can’t say thank you enough…thanks for sharing your story your struggle and your victories it really has changed my life ❤

Kzoo Costco really does have the best samples! And somehow that Trader Joe’s is the most relaxed and least busy TJ‘s but I think I’ve ever been to. I’ll actually be popping into both after class today on my way home😊. I don’t know how you spent multiple hours around fresh pop popcorn without accidentally popping at least a piece into your mouth. Your willpower is amazing!

Is that an Apple Watch? This is my 1st video of yours. I can’t wait to watch more. I am just getting back into IF. Trying to do it right this time. But I am loving the watch to keep track of your fast and would like to get something like that. The casserole looks amazing too. I can’t wait to try something like that.

I've been doing OMAD 22/2 for the last few months and loose a pound a week on average. I was wondering if you have checked your cholesterol since you started fasting and if so how was your results? Thanks!

Just a quick question regarding the LMNT. So, does putting those into any of your drinks make your drink of choice taste salty? I had tried a liquid electrolyte some years ago. And it just made everything taste funky. I've not tried a powder form. (A quick comment on the mixing bowl. Could you use a rubber spatula in metal bowls. That fork was making me lift right off my seat. I have lots of fillings. I think fingernails on a blackboard elicits the same effect. LOL. Just a suggestion. Still love your videos.)

LMNT makes anything you put it in taste salty, and the magnesium tends to clump together in cold drinks. It does eventually dissolve. The more liquid, the less salty taste, but you'll spend a longer time drinking it. You might want to mix it in a smaller amount of liquid and drink it down fast, like a shot of tequila. I might be weird, I've gotten used to the salty taste and I actually like it.
