Hey Andy, love your videos! Question, I'm a dad and married, trying to get as many miles per week as I can to help train for 100 milers... wondering how you would consider "walking" if I fit that in during work hours, say like doing 4-7 miles a day walking (28-40 miles weekly), in addition to about 70 miles per week running. I'd love to do 100 miler weeks running, but time with the family just can't be given up in the evenings/mornings. Keep up the great work!

It would be cool to see his answer to this. I'm an extremely busy farm owner, training for my first 100k. I have limited time to run, but spend 6-12 hours a day, 7 days a week on my feet pushing, pulling, lifting. I'm counting on that to help carry me through. 🤞 Good luck to you!

Great job Andy! Also, how great was it not to be running with a pack on, and all the typical food/drink/equipment? Heaven! I don't run ultras, but I switched to the Naked Running Band in 2019 and haven't worn a pack since. It's even been good enough for all the R2R runs at the Grand Canyon.
