I don’t know if you’ve done a video about this or not, but what happens if you sustained an injury which you fractured a limb and sprained a limb. You did everything instructed by your doctor, completed several weeks of PT and the demand packet was sent. But the insurance company for the property that you sustained your injury, respond by saying they need to do further investigation and they did not submit a counter offer or any offer. What does that mean exactly? Or how is one to interpret what they mean by we need to investigate further, and yet they don’t make any offer they don’t accept your offer. They do nothing. I don’t know if that’s something unusual, I’ve never been involved in personal injury. Is that typical?

You talk as a lawyer, not as a medical doctor. It is as if a medical doctor talks about laws. Well, that would be sound, because it should involve moral. Medicine, I think you have no idea what it is, it is an art and a science. To unite the law and the medical practice, there should be a lawyer "supervising" what the medical doctor prescribes, which is ridiculous. I am talking about professional doctors, not about people with a fake degree. And you are discrediting medicine of your own country, which is bad. But you are a lawyer, which may be good or bad, it depends.

How is giving us examples and a understanding of how lawsuits casses work mean he is discrediting medicine? Doctors are not perfect modern science and medicine is not eaither. These situations he is describing happen in real life. Doctors and medicine do fail people. But that is not discrediting all the times it works well the way it should.

What you have to say. Medicine is a human profession, and as such, it is run by professional human science doctors. Otherwise, close the door and turn off the lights, no doctors at all. And 10 million, where you are going to get, even one, even one hundred thousand dollars. Be fair. And to judge a case you should put all the ingredients, not just the doctors, there is a lot of factors, situations, persons, the facilities, etc. Be fair.
