I thought this was going to be a meme. But, I love Polyphia so I said what the heck. Let’s check it out. Wow, great video. I don’t play but I thoroughly enjoyed the video. Having a better time understanding generally how they are even coming up with some of the sounds gives me even more appreciation or how they see the music they are playing. It’s just fascinating. It would be cool to hear you play a song without the techniques they use then follow it up with how they actually play it. Just to see and hear the difference back to back. Anyways, well done! Excellent overview of the technical aspects of their playing. I am a bit confused by Tim's comment about avoiding using "boomer bends" given the frequent use of the whammy bar tricks. Sonically both accomplish the same thing. Anyway, great job with this video!
