you can use the swag bag for alot of small items at once, fill it up with as many that will fit (which is alot) and anchor it on your waist holsters, insanely useful. the wrench is used for taking off satilite dishes, solor panels, toilets and bathtubs. and the hammer is used to break windows, bust down doors and knock the home owners out cold for 30 seconds while you steal, it can be done over and over again
