For example, there's Akaname, or "Filthlicker", who is a demon with a long tongue who licks the grime from dirty bathrooms at night, and is "the personification of the fear of going to the bathroom at night". There's another story about a samurai who was travelling down a road and heard a man call out, then the samurai turns around to see the man strip naked and flash his bare butt at the samurai, and he has an eye instead of an anus. I've been playing for 9 years now, and Blizzard has never given an exact amount, but from reports to gaming news websites we've gathered that the max was about 12 million during World of Warcraft: Cataclysm in 2010. Free check-ups/doctor's visits would be absolutely AMAZING. But what about surgeries and equipment (EnChroma glasses, hearing aids, etc.)? If those were free, so many people in my family (and people I know in general) would have so much less to worry about! In Belgium a lot of the costs of going to the hospital or going to the doctor gets refunded, you only need to pay a part of it. I don't think I need to explain the "going to the doctor" thing so I'll briefly explain how it works with the hospital. Depending on your situation and (kind of) ranking in the community you get a certain pricetag on the days you have spent while in the hospital, this just includes the stay and the care-taking things like medication and supplements are not included in this price, also may the hospital itself choose on a certain leve,l an amount of money from the patient In most cases it's only 5.44 a day, but only in rare cases you will actually find costs going to 30+ euro's a day (this depends on your ranking, this means something like you are not working or if you may ask for a higher return rate of the fees,...). But generally it shouldn't happen a lot. If we look at medication and other things like the implants and equipment they have their own system of refunds which also takes a lot away from the fees you actually have to pay.

If your taxes are higher but you don't have to pay to mail stuff, or to have health care, or to have a check-up at a doctor's office or something like that, then you are saving so much more money while paying more to be able to save more money.

In regards to Half Life 3, Valve is actually scared to release such a hyped up game for fear that it will be hated. They already earn more each year than that game would sell for, counting only Steam, Dota 2, Team Fortress 2 and CS:GO. The reason there is no half life 3 yet is the gaming community's horrible reactions to games like Mass Effect 3. The good news is that the game is in development, but they pulled most of everyone off the project.
