Got myself a JS32 as my first guitar. It was a lot of money for me but I got to compare it to other models from different brands in the store - and the Jackson pickups were just so much better! Also appreciate that all Jackson guitars just have "Jackson" put on their headstocks, no budget line markings or anything.

I take full responsibility for you buying a white Jackson! :D Quite surprised you managed to find a new JS22, I've been looking at the updated JS24 model for a mod guitar to mess around with. You'll have to let us know how you feel about the compound radius fretboard, but these guitars are annoyingly good value. If you're after an affordable shred machine, you really can't go wrong with these if a super thin Ibanez neck isn't your thing. Shred \m/

I like the neck. I’ve had 2 before and enjoyed them both. I love white guitars but if of stock most places. This one came from Peach Guitars as did the Starla. I’m looking forward to getting to know it again but right now I’m thinking it’s a win!

@thenovicenoisemaker Жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing. Tuners well worth an upgrade I think, weakest point of the guitar. Maybe lube the net and get roller trees and, easier than a new nut and should do the job

Fair points Mike, good guitar for the money. You like the neck?
@alekandamek5 ай бұрын
If you like Jackson's necks - which I love, but some people seem to find them odd - you can buy these guitars without thinking about it, even better if second hand. CNC cut bodies are really good nowdays and onewood is irrelevant in electric guitars What really matters is having a great neck and a good bridge. Of course they'll need a setup if you can't do that on your own and with the time you can (you will do that if really want to enjoy this guitar) swap bridge and maybe pickups.

Oh Rich, how are you doing that, just in time while I was eyeballing one! Inconspicious little guitars with great necks aren't they. I like howJackson is backing up their name with no factory-second trem size, no secondary brand (Fender-Squier or Gibson-Epi), even the pickups state full Jackson name.....seems they dont have anything to be ashamed for? :) Still I think they are kinda dedicated heavy guitars, I think it's the similar type of guitar like Bullet Mustang, these just like high gain, the higher the better....but ..how you like it for some blues-rock music? Had a lot of fun this time, specially when you were fighting the packaging and WFT moment 5:35s :D :D Looking forward for some serious tone demos :) :)
