So the difference between 3500 and 3000 i presume is the third holding hook? So by adding the 3rd hook it adds more power? because the arms on both seems same in the video. Or is it different?

Hello. It has third hook for safety and stability, and the main difference is its gear reduction system. SK-3500 has dual ratio gear reduction that makes much easier compression on heavy duty springs, such as springs from SUVs and pickup trucks.
