Goten was 7 during the world tournament/buu saga. That means he was conceived during the Cell saga, likely during the downtime after gohan and goku trains in the hyperbolic time chamber and right before the cell games (since Goku kept super saiyan as his base during this time, this could explain why goten could easily go super saiyan) Since Goku in this timeline dies much earlier on, Goten was never born.

That doesn't make sense. Tfs has rot the brains of people who agree with this. If the Cell Games took place in May 767 (the same month and year goten was apparently "conceived" according to yall), and Goten was supposed to be born on the same year months later, then he would have been born in 768 which is wrong. 9 months + may 767 = Feb 768. So There's no way goten was conceived during the 9 days leading up to the cell games, but what makes more sense to his birth year, 767, is that he was conceived during the 3 year timeskip to the android saga. Therefore, goten must've been conceived in November of 766, and born in August of 767 (his official birth month), 3 months after the cell games. What also doesn't make sense is the fact that chichi's belly was not big at all when gohan returned home after killing cell, like isnt she supposed to be 6 months pregnant? I hope this explanation makes sense to people who read it, because it does. And trust me, i used to believe he was also born during those 9 days, but we shouldn't let TFS let us to believe that about the official series, it's just a joke anyways.

Powerscaling was thrown out the window when they introduced KaioKen. The ability to just… make yourself more powerful was incredibly cheap and prone to meaningless abuse by the plot. Super Saiyan only made the problem worse.

The fight with Android 19 and 20 doesn't take place in the Future timeline and that's why Bulma never told Trunks about that even though she was clearly present in the fight in the present timeline. When you watch Dragon Ball Super, my recommended watch order would be: Watch episodes 1 and 2 Watch the film “Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods” Watch the film “Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F” And after that, just skip to episode 28 of Super. The early episodes of Super are just a retelling of the two films I have listed above but of lower quality since it was a TV broadcast. Early DB Super is rough bro, save yourself some time and thank me later.
