Its probably just coincidence, but in hindsight this is the epitome of not wanting to tell someone that you like them, but still wanting them to figure it out. Like the fact that they were both so quick to jump on the having crushes convo, Jacob talking about someone thinking about you and doing nice things after he comes to Long Island just to hang out with Julia, Julia straight up saying that she likes someone but needs them to say it. Hindsight is 20/20 but it is hilarious to watch this as these two idiots desperately trying to get the other one to get the goddamn hint. Also, Scout giving his paw of approval is very cute, he knew what was going on😂

I still can't believe they actually had this whole conversation on a livestream so it's recorded for posterity. Julia lived with her parents on Long Island until I think earlyish 2019? So Scout lived (and still does) there. Then by fall 2019, J&J moved in together and lived in the previous apartment until recently. I thought she might've had Scout live with her briefly but it didn't work out but I could be absolutely wrong about that. I might be getting mixed up with why they decided to get cats instead of a dog.
