Wendy's frosticcinos actually have the frosty mixture that isn't frozen yet added into it, so liquid form of it from the fridge. That's what goes into the machine then the machine freezes that stuff.

I work at Wendy’s we use the frosty mix it’s not powder it’s liquid (the frosty machine freezes it) buuuuuuuut what I like to do is put chocolate frosty in a cup with some of the cold brew it’s honestly life changing. You won’t be to order it unless the person is super nice but it’s better to mix it on your own
