Hey Jp. So busy watching I didn’t comment. Had to rewind and watching again. The view on entry. Massive seating area and beams above beautiful. Elevators? Fantastic. Primary on the 1st floor. Love it. Walk right out to the pool. Seating in the en-suite. Wow. Love the stone wall above the sinks and the step down tub. Needs a railing. Stairs down to closet and 2nd en-suite. Love the wine cellar. Like the sleek kitchen but would lighten the dark cabinetry. Large breakfast nook. Large guest bedrooms and en-suites. A backyard with real grass. Copious various seating areas. Like the outdoor kitchen and dining but not the location. Would want it closer to the original seating or pool. Everything so spread out which may be good for large gatherings/functions. Love the guesthouse. Large shower. Seating. It needed a kitchenette as so far from the main house. Lower level bright. Like the massage room/jacuzzi/steam room/sauna/movie theater. I like the openness and Space of this home in Each section...i didn't expect much after u went inside, I really like the living room very great space, that view in there is gorgeous!! Tbh the outside is my favorite with all the trees I think it gives the ambiance and privacy of this home. Another great one Jacob...I would really love to lived here if I could afford it...very nice. Im not trying to hate nor am I trying to be picky. BUT, When reading the thumbnail, I was expecting a true underground BUNKER! as in Atlas survival bunkers ETC, that can purify AND withstand nuclear fall out, bioterrorism fall out, even survive a zombie apocalypse, lol. I do love the property and agree with you, that for $21Million the lot, views and trees/landscaping alone seems worth it, especially for CA/Santa Barbara.

I loved the tour, didn't like the house at all. Weird design and crazy architecture. The bar is awful, everything is weirdly placed. The video overall is good because it was entertaining and you make it smooth. I didn't like the term "secret bunker", looked like a clickbait, it's just a detached guest house.

This house has actually been on and off the market for several years. My guess would be the reason that they can't sell it is because of the interior design and it needs a serious remodel. Plus they want over 20 million dollars for something that should be sold for about 5 million at best.

The fake wall abutting the horrendous fireplace is . . . A disaster. But a sofa in the bathroom facing the sinks will be the deal maker - even if you had thought the Upside-down flowerpot fireplace was a deal breaker. And yes, fake wine cellars should always have a side exit - Exit Stage Left. Someone had a very serious sofa fetish, that clearly demonstrates that if there's an empty space, put a sofa in it, no, fill it up with sofas - you dan never have enough sofas.

On a brighter note, every recession comes with an equal chance in the fin-mrkt if you're early informed and equipped, I've read folks amass up to 7 figures during these times, and even pull it off easily in a favorable economy. I live less than a mile from this place. You are correct. It has been on/off the market for a long time. The main reason is that it does not fit into any Santa Barbara style. You do not take a open wood beam house and try and make it contemporary and then through asian inspired water features into it. Santa Barbara is known for its red tile roofs! There are plenty of open wood beam houses, but they are designed to look more like farm houses. As this house is in foreclosure, If the bank were to take a much lower offer, someone could come in and clean that up. The house that is 4 houses to the east did contemporary Santa Barbara much better. 4305 Marina Drive. That originally listed (took a year to sell) at 32 and sold for 19.5, then resold in the mid 20s. That is on 4 acres. This house is still over priced in a hot market IMO. I think if the bank were to see an offer of 12-14 they should take it and be happy.

I Think your off to a good start however I would recommend watching and studying Enes yilmazer and study him. I would also recommend having your camera man study mikey for lighting tips. God bless

Your camera person could use a lighting class and what is a position for a professional camera shot. When you opened up the second set of cabinets in the kitchen to expose the hidden appliances. We couldn’t even see inside the cabinet because the camera never panned to the left, plus the lighting was dark all around so even if you panned correctly the light was off. I enjoy the video’s just pointing out a few things to make these videos more enjoyable for people to subscribe too.
