I’ve said this a lot of this hate is projection. The men see Will as a reflection of the perfect man so to see Jada “not happy” shatters what they thought the knew what it takes to please a woman. Reading both books just put everything in perspective especially how we see each other as men and women as well as how we see ourselves in marriage and as individuals…After reading Will’s book I saw my Husband differently and we had that conversation he agreed to many beliefs Will had in his book (I stopped being defensive and placing unrealistic expectations on him) and reading Jada’s book made me see myself and the changes I had in my 40s like she had..I’m so glad i looked passed the headlines and read both books…I seriously hope they come out with a book together

I was so confused weeks ago at all of the backlash that came from the internet towards Jada. How can a book written on being Worthy unleash that much negativity?? I then realized those hating on Jada most likely do not know their own worth and have not begun to heal themselves. What a pleasant surprise to watch such a peaceful interview. I was unsure of how all the initial headline hate would be introduced but I am so grateful to DJ envy and Charlemagne for their thoughtful questions, allowing Jada to do what she do - which is be open and honest - as best as she can. Bravo to you all. 👏🏽

You know why man its because people are followers. I think the root cause is they still mad over the August Alsina situation and feeling like she embarrassed him on TV...even though she wanted to do it alone and Will asked to go on 😂..and then when he went on played dumb like he didnt know lol But thats the main reason for all the negativity they want to hold it against her forever. But people are also big time followers they get mad and are negative just because people tell them to be that way. Basically following the crowd Complaining about her talking about Tupac when the past 20 years it wasnt an issue for them

I did 24 years with a bullet (25 yrs married) i tell ALL married folks that come to me about my experience is that , once you understand that your VOWS are what you all made to Father God and PROMISES are what you make to your spouse.... it should make you realize the seriousness of what marriage is. Don't express VOWS before Father God that you do not mean keep (consequences both good (( honoring your vows to Father God)) and bad (( dishonoring your vows to Father God)) are there to reap); we all know promises are broken all the time. Be very mindful of who YOU choose for a mate, bcuz we all know most of us aint gone let Father God do it for us..... im just being real; thats the unfortunate HUMAN way

After watching this I’ve learned people are purposely trying to misunderstand Jada, yes she is airy fairy but the topics she speaks on is not that unconventional to experience as an adult and the fact she’s so ruthlessly honest makes people uncomfortable, esp since they had an expectation and idea of who Will and Jada were that ultimately she “ruined”. I think if people LISTENED to understand rather than attack they would realise they have more in common with her than they think.

I am glad she is having this interview with Envy and Charlemagne, because they are both MARRIED. Both of their marriages have survived through scandal. This conversation on unconditional love is essential and only marriage, honestly will teach you the lessons you need in this life about commitments to God, yourself and someone else. It’s the ultimate growth. Whether it lasts or not, but when you hang in there and actually seek healing it is the ultimate experience. It is also not a perfect experience, but if you have a willing partner (willing to be with you and hang in there; abuse omitted). My God, is it a beautiful experience.

the only issue with that she in some ways force their story on us. Telling us via the media about their lives. She should keep that stuff private. On another note the way she used alopecia wasn't cool. People who are really struggling from alopecia know that Jada didn't have it.
@mslady830

@chehunt945 What makes you think she didn't have it? She still does. She never lost all her hair, she has areas where hair doesn't grow and decided to shave it for evenness. As you can see, she is still wearing it super short, but combed through, possibly to conceal problem areas. I swear people need to educate themselves before assuming 🤦🏽‍♀️.

The fact that you're even commenting on this video tells me that NOTHING was force on you. You have a choice to scroll past the thumbnail. Are you telling me there is another reason why you're here? Is someone holding a pistol to your head right now? Type help if you need it. Also, "using alopecia"? I see you haven't read the book. She covers that in detail. @mslady830 hit the nail right on the head. *Spoiler Alert* Jada's alopecia comes and goes depending on her stress levels and diet. You can learn more if you actually read the book. You may have great context if you also read Will's book. I started with Will's book, and then read Jada's book a few days after it released. Both are good.

If I put myself in that frame of mind then I put myself on a level of discomfort that’s not necessary- Jada Pinkett Smith. People keep trying to tear this woman and her family down and she’s unbothered, and still close with her family. It’s crazy how people judge and can’t/ won’t look in the mirror and realize their flaws and mistakes. People praise Cardi B for her honesty but Jada has been being honest. I hate how we all don’t analyze the depth of life and situations to go on the journey to fix it, the way we should. People have a problem with the raw truth. We shouldn’t put people on a pedestal as if they aren’t human. God bless and help us all.

Not if her life is lie. Her using a dead man as a prop is not good for anyone especially his family. Tupac didn’t die so that Jada could have a pretend soulmate or a pretend boyfriend or a pretend jail fiancé, he wasn’t her to use. Thinking about his family and his legacy being tied to this clown for HER benefit makes me sick. Her using him for years making his legacy dull over years and years of lies is taking parts of an amazing man from his own legacy. She is unforgivable when it comes to this topic. Jada Tupac was ours, he was his mothers, he wasn’t yours stop clout chasing a dead man that didn’t want you. ETA: I remember Eminem going to his mother talking about his project that he was doing for PAC’s legacy and all she wanted as for his music to speak for him and wanted his music to be his legacy and to see what had been done to him in death feels just a violent as his murder no dead man should have this done to them.

I heard the entire interview and I hope people will actually take the time to listen to the interview and read the book. It saddens me that it’s only in our culture we are quick to put ourselves down especially women. Our counterparts stick together no matter what but we make it a habit and derive joy in putting our women down. There’s a difference in facts and opinion. On a separate note I think Jada should have made the breakfast club her first stop. These guys did an amazing job in embracing her and allowing her to speak HER truth. Asking the questions not for clickbait but for genuine understanding. She went to the wrong outlet first and that’s what started the negative press and narrative. Black media is so imperative, especially the right ones.

I don’t understand why the hate for her. Funny, short of being publicly open, she’s providing that wisdom we SAY we miss from the elders. I think a lot of folks project their own insecurities/issues on this couple. If this isn’t your way, so be it. But they work for them and their family and that’s what’s truly important.

Plus its interviews going back literally 30 years ago where Jada was in her 20s talking just how she is now. Look up her 1993 Menace to Society interview. She always gave off this vibe of being wiser than her age But she does it without sounding bitter or chastizing people. She just gives her own perspective without judging Like you said people claim this is what they miss in front of their elders yet its right in front of them. Jada is by far the most open celebrity ever...which is what people claim that they want. You wont find any who is this open about their life and personal struggles as her

@honeyisnatural5 Her narrative has not changed. This is no different than any interview she's done. I've watched them ALL. People are just choosing to LISTEN to her directly instead of allowing the bloggers to chop it up. She has NEVER torn Will down in any interview. I don't know where TH people are getting that from 🤔.

@@Bailey-cx7zzikr? She bangs her kids friends and takes shrooms with them, all while Will is getting drilled from behind in the other room. This woman isn't happy, she's a manipulative c*nt. The fact her Ayahuasca experience was dark just proves how much darkness she has inside her. She needs to admit that will is bisexual, that she doesn't love him, and that they're swingers and do not apologize for it. I'll think they're weirdos still and typical Hollywood weird shit, but at least they won't have that weight. She's done nothing but sit in her ass and blackmail Will. She's an occultist too if she knows about vibration, energy, harmonics, and frequency. Halfway through she finally got comfortable and started talking some shit but it's all lies cause this is damage control for their assistant coming out. That dude isn't lying and that'll be funny to sue him. How much you wanna bet they settle with him and offer him money. He said anything that works with them, they send them to rehab even if they're not on drugs just to discredit them later on if they try breaking the NDA and talk about what they've seen. She's basically saying she's a who-ore and loves men and women.

I love her and what she's done is openly share that prosperity doesn't mean no problems, I believe her intentions were to heal while sharing but the issue is there are so many broken ppl who look for something to b!tch about, I'm ok with someone not being your cup of tea and if that's the case Leave it where you found it.. We Americanized African ppl have to stop the emotional violence towards one another...there's a hatred we have against one another especially towards black women and what's sad is black women who do it against themselves.. Sad

I find it interesting the access some have to growth the more toxic one can become. We as Americanized African ppl have opportunities our Ancestors couldn't have imagined yet we assist in the destruction of our communities and one another in a way it feels like self hatred. The cockiness and unconcern unless it's a Other doing something against us, The Universe is saying " I'll give to you by how you respond best " and it seems we only know how to come together in tragedy So Expect More of that because Universe sees that's what brings us together..
