Jadus Yamaha SR250 Tank Levelling Kit

In the video you see how little work needs to be done to the frame to install the kit and the impact it has on the overall appearance of the bike.

yo nivele el depósito con los mismos soportes que trae la moto y sujetados con 2 remaches cada uno y según las marcas que pone jadus y quedo perfecto. Para la cdi simplemente 2 tornillos un poco más largos y en el soporte posterior me e hecho una placa de plástico de 1 cm, total coste no llega a 0,50 céntimos. Me e ahorrado casi 60€ que pedís de ese kit y el resultado es el mismo, por cierto la foto de "after - before" creo que esta trucada, no baja tanto el depósito como se hace ver en esa foto. el video si me a ayudado a instalarlo.

Brilliant video man. Used to follow your build threads too. Im going to order up a tank leveling kit for my sr125. Did anyone ever try it yet? I dont think the adapter for the base of the tank will work though as the 125 attaches slightly differently. The rest looks the same thankfully.

Thanks man. So far only one person has installed the kit on an SR125. We are so unfamiliar with that model though we don't really know what it would look like after it is installed. But if you are willing to try and also share photos of the install with us, we will offer free return shipping if it doesn't fit.

definitely going to get the whole set! it looks like you shortened the shockers too.. is it much trouble to get them like that? Because it looks way better like that!

Awesome! Glad you like the set up. As for the shocks, they are lowered rather than shortened. On this bike the stanchions are pushed 50mm up through the triple tree - you will see in the last photos that they stick up a bit underneath the handlebars. We have checked and tested all the geometry of this and it doesn't have any dangerous affects on handling. If anything it quickens the steering which is nice in the twisties! The travel of the forks is 140mm so you can safely lower them 60mm though the triple tree without risking bottoming them out there rather than inside the shock.

Hey bro, reading the comments it looks like it works on a 125 - I’ve just got an old 81 SR185 so I’m assuming it will work on that as well? Nice to see a kiwi doing well man, 🇳🇿🇳🇿

Thanks Tres! We are still not sure if this kit works on other SR models but no one has been willing to try unfortunately. I have a feeling the tank geometry and frames are different on the 125 and 185 :(
