I want them to remove free trade at this point and bring back old bher or the pvp worlds with EV system or EP whatever it was, it brings noobs into pking because all they need is 25k risk, and they alch to gain time in unsafe areas to gain EP and then fight their target when they get one, it was such a great system and created a diverse pk environment where you could get rewarded for killing noobs with trash gear because each kill was like a gamble, you didn't know what statues/pvp armor you may get so, it kept people pking. Im in the mood to play that game style sooo bad

Nah it’s because when you RWT or mule you don’t want to just trade cash. So some farms might use a body rune, some might use potato seeds, just a cheap item you can throw a few dozen into a trade.

There is a bank inside the Ent cave which is inside the Woodcutting guild, very out of the way and not exactly a place a lot of players would visit. The few times I've gone there for opening clue caskets I spotted a white dot log out before getting to the bank itself.

Stolen accounts are 100% used for botting my friend, maybe not as commonly idk, but it happens. Why wouldn't they use stolen accounts? They're accounts that usually have the mid-high range stats a lot of botters want for whatever they're botting.

9:45 if I recall correctly, in OSRS the GE tax is actually used to buy back end-game items and then destroy the item to keep the price of said item high. Thus, the gp actually returns to the hands of players and thus is NOT a gold sink unlike the RS3 GE tax.

I love your videos! I think it might be worth checking out the level 3 bots catching grey chins on Isle of Souls now that hunter rumours are a big part of the game. These bots have anywhere between 40-60 million Hunter experience. You can break the bot by placing your trap below theirs when they go to reset their traps effectively allowing you to slowly steal their full inventory of traps.

Similar outfit to bots who kill green dragons in the wilderness. The moment they see you, they run to lvl 20 wilderness (if required) and teleport out. I had some fun teleblocking them, entangling them, then blasting them to death with surge spells. They have nothing to defend themselves with besides melee, won't take their metal armour off if I only attack with magic, and sometimes latch onto trying to attack a dragon if one is nearby. Sadly, they can be tricky to catch unless you get them running back to the dragons, and the loot isn't overly rewarding.

Your anti-cheat team consists of security professionals who understand how the game works at a hardware level, the most technical position you can have in a software company. I seen like 3 bots thieving the master farmer in Ardy a year ago. All of them had over 80m total experience in thieving. Not sure what happened to them but wish Jagex was around for them lol. Best guess at why they had potato seeds. All the bots were owned by the same person and their script used the color of the potato seeds as a trigger for their script. So whenever they mouse over it they know they reached the end of their inventory. Only evidence I have is the potato seeds were the last items in the inventory.

Jagex should harnest the community to fight the bots. 1. Create bot banning rankings. So every player who reports a bot gets rankings if the player ends up being banned. Categories could be value of the bank, amount of bots F2P/P2P, total levels and experience banned. 2. Incentivice players by giving them something for banning. Maybe run competitions and give exclusive in game items like banhammer cape? Free bonds for the efforts of stopping bots? Maybe giving 1% of the banned value back to the players who reported the bots? 3. Create this into niche community inside the game. Special Discord server for example. Create it into a community experience with bot banning live streams etc.

Dude, I hate this 9:54 "LIMITLESS" bot more than anything. The second I put anything on the G.E. to flip, the price instantly plummets. It's super annoying. I want Jagex to make WIlderness more strict from Bots We know that Artio/Calvarion/Spindel requires Medium Wildy Diary to enter But for Callisto/Vetion/Venenatis, make it a mandatory Hard Diary to enter instead of Medium...this will force botters to train and invest more on their bots to discourage them Then make the rev cave also require Hard Diary locked as well...this will definitely kill so many bots that farms low level revs

There are botters doing content like Vorkath which needs DS2, or zalcano which needs SOTE. These have insane high requirements and are mega botted. Adding in requirements doesn't work. They just use hacked accounts instead of training new ones, but even then it's easy enough to train new bots to do complex quests.

I actually think jagex should motivate us all to report bots more by doing it so every year they show us how much gp our individual reports have removed from the economy and if we hit over certain thresholds then we get rewarded with things like more bank space because i think there is plenty of bots who dont get reported simply because there are so many that everyone would be there all day reporting them. Imagine how many people would stand at ge reporting phishing bots and how many people would go green drags reporting bots there specifically to get more bank space as a reward for it

1: Bring back the Pillory random event. Bots would go into the cages and we let us throw tomato’s at them (if we want). If they can’t solve that puzzle than they get banned. 2. If they can’t solve the lock the person who pick pockets their lock for them gets TP with them to try and kill them somewhere pvp. (One bot per person a week/Month) the bot would be naked so no one would know what they have. 3. They are in pillory random event. After X amount of players are in that world they get killed and all of their items get put into Falador DP

I find the dark inner workings of osrs more intense than the same versions in real life lol, like bank heist videos etc, it's just so interesting how people exploit the game to such great lengths

In all fairness, you have done more than enough to safeguard the community to be granted access to an account that could log into that world. I would very much appreciate that content. At the very least given your standing in the community as the person who has done the most to combat the botting issue, having you involved in a live stream is a no brainer. If they, as they say, wish to work with the community... they should start doing so on matters that matter to the community.

The flipping bot is fascinating I think. I will probably be making bots like that for IRL trading at some point in the future, and this would be good insight for stock trading strategies. Also, why the HELL hasn't Jagex hired SirPugger at this point? He'd be a perfect fit on the anti-cheating team...

That Tarns lair plank make farm is so weird, there are so many other banks that barely see any traffic. Also the Clan hall banks literally is a sorta private instance, they could be using that and nobody would ever know.
