I want them to remove free trade at this point and bring back old bher or the pvp worlds with EV system or EP whatever it was, it brings noobs into pking because all they need is 25k risk, and they alch to gain time in unsafe areas to gain EP and then fight their target when they get one, it was such a great system and created a diverse pk environment where you could get rewarded for killing noobs with trash gear because each kill was like a gamble, you didn't know what statues/pvp armor you may get so, it kept people pking. Im in the mood to play that game style sooo bad

Nah it’s because when you RWT or mule you don’t want to just trade cash. So some farms might use a body rune, some might use potato seeds, just a cheap item you can throw a few dozen into a trade.

There is a bank inside the Ent cave which is inside the Woodcutting guild, very out of the way and not exactly a place a lot of players would visit. The few times I've gone there for opening clue caskets I spotted a white dot log out before getting to the bank itself.

Stolen accounts are 100% used for botting my friend, maybe not as commonly idk, but it happens. Why wouldn't they use stolen accounts? They're accounts that usually have the mid-high range stats a lot of botters want for whatever they're botting.

Xbox Live does too, or at least used to. I once reported an extremely blatant, obvious cheater and got a message from Xbox the next day saying “action was taken”. Thought it was cool to at least have them acknowledge your report.

I had to hop 10+ worlds just to find a spot to do my fossil island wyvern task today where there were ONLY 2 bots jn the world. Most worlds had 3-4 with the exact same gear and near identical non combat stats. A mix of Obby and dragon with a regular whip, str ammy and dfs. Insane

9:45 if I recall correctly, in OSRS the GE tax is actually used to buy back end-game items and then destroy the item to keep the price of said item high. Thus, the gp actually returns to the hands of players and thus is NOT a gold sink unlike the RS3 GE tax.

Yes and no. Because it’s hooked up to the wiki it could potentially know when an item is out of its regular range. A few of the buys it saw the price change before it got filled and cancelled its buy immediately.

If you go to the furthest CORNER South East, Dragontooth Island. You'll find a very active bot farm. They drop GP and another account logs in the same spot and takes it and logs out

You should check out the bots that are currently running rampant in Mahogany Homes. They are all wearing the following items: Dragon boots, dragon sword, combat bracelet and a amulet of glory.

Dont know how long its been since youve checked out lava dragon bots but its pretty interesting. Seems like theres 3 different bot programs, one of them is just a trident that risks nothing and runs away even if you combat tag them and another is a pharomins sceptre mystic robe top that will also run away, but then theres a bot with nothing but a sceptre and they dont fight back other than auto-retaliate. The latter of the bots drop 300k of rev ether every death

Those plankmake bots just once again prove that Jagex has 0 actual automated bot banning abilities. The automated system only kicks in once a real player reports the bot. If the bot evades being reported by instalogging/teleing or by simply being where other players never go - they never get banned.

I seen like 3 bots thieving the master farmer in Ardy a year ago. All of them had over 80m total experience in thieving. Not sure what happened to them but wish Jagex was around for them lol. All three of them would walk far up north and then come back to the master farmer location and logout when I trapped the master farmer from his normal location.

Not sure if this has been covered in a video yet, but I see COUNTLESS bots constantly at Castle Wars bank nowadays. A lot of them are like level 90 in GoTR outfit. Tele in, bank, Tele out. I’ve also seen WAVES of bots in what looks like Corp gear. Same deal, all in the same gear (karils, zammy spear, dwarf helm)

I love your videos! I think it might be worth checking out the level 3 bots catching grey chins on Isle of Souls now that hunter rumours are a big part of the game. These bots have anywhere between 40-60 million Hunter experience. You can break the bot by placing your trap below theirs when they go to reset their traps effectively allowing you to slowly steal their full inventory of traps.

Some super out of the way banks I can think of would maybe be Sophanem dungeon, Jatizso, Burgh de Rott, Dorgesh Kaan, Keldagrim, Ourania Altar, Piscatoris Fishing Colony, Corsair Cove. Those are the places I would probably go if I was banking and trying not to be spotted by other players, though I will admit, Tarn's Lair is actually way smarter than every place that I listed.

Jagex should harnest the community to fight the bots. 1. Create bot banning rankings. So every player who reports a bot gets rankings if the player ends up being banned. Categories could be value of the bank, amount of bots F2P/P2P, total levels and experience banned. 2. Incentivice players by giving them something for banning. Maybe run competitions and give exclusive in game items like banhammer cape? Free bonds for the efforts of stopping bots? Maybe giving 1% of the banned value back to the players who reported the bots? 3. Create this into niche community inside the game. Special Discord server for example. Create it into a community experience with bot banning live streams etc.

1: Bring back the Pillory random event. Bots would go into the cages and we let us throw tomato’s at them (if we want). If they can’t solve that puzzle than they get banned. 2. If they can’t solve the lock the person who pick pockets their lock for them gets TP with them to try and kill them somewhere pvp. (One bot per person a week/Month) the bot would be naked so no one would know what they have. 3. They are in pillory random event. After X amount of players are in that world they get killed and all of their items get put into Falador DP

What the hell are you talking about? "anti cheat public relations and communications liason" is not a job role in ANY business. That is not something a company will pay for. Your anti-cheat team consists of security professionals who understand how the game works at a hardware level, the most technical position you can have in a software company. There is no such thing as someone who works in that team, with 0 experience on security, who is there to make twitter posts and talk to people. That's a massive waste of money and can be done within other teams inside the company. The anti-cheat team can communicate their efforts themself. They literality all have twitter accounts and reddit and an entire jagex website. They don't need a public youtube figure to do it for them
