Jaguar XF SV8 Review - The British E60 M5? (POV)

Hello!
it has been nearly 3 years since I uploaded my last car review but I am happy to be back with reviewing a British performance car.

Enjoyable video. I have a 2010 3.0d XF and an 5.0 V8 petrol XK. So I can imagine what the SV8 is like. The XF is so comfortable but can shift too! That dashboard lifting is common in hot countries so I’m surprised it’s happened here. I cover mine if there is full sun.

I really love the XK - would love to drive the convertible version. It is a shame the dashboards lift but it can be an easy fix it’s just having the time to get around to sorting it. Thanks for watching!

No way, i know the previous owner of this Sv8.. also didnt know you are local to burton, i live in the next estate from where you filmed the driving portion,i have a 4.2 Jag XK would be mint to meet up with both cars?

Yes, I lived in burton a while back, still have family and friends there but live up Manchester way now. Since this video the Jag has been sold. He did a lot of work on it, including replacing the crash bar, replacing the dashboard, getting the rust treated before selling. It was an amazing car I just with the aircon worked lol.

It’s not the original exhaust. Original is wide single both sides.

That’s correct. This is aftermarket and at the end it actually fell off 😅

Subframe corrosion is very common on these.
