IMO heavily blown out of proportion. But they had a 5 year age gap (which is nothing compared to the 10 year age gaps some people's PARENTS have) think it was, she was about to turn 18 that year and people tried saying it was a power dynamic because he was popular so he could abuse that power even though all that was exposed was cringe flirting texts. That's a pretty sucky summary of the situation and I'm just saying my opinion but I don't think he's a pedo for that. This is honestly tragic. I used to love the hell out of that song, because I could sort of relate to it, as I have also struggle with an eating disorder known as ARFID. That song meant so much to her too, as it was her struggle with body image and eating disorders. I feel so bad that she had to remove it at all, but I'm glad she did. Respect to her for basically throwing away her online vulnerability in order to respect the victims of BoyInABand's abuse.

Keep in mind, Jaiden doesn't wait until the allegations against her "friends" have been proven correct, or if it even is something worth getting cancelled over(Carson). Jaiden has a tendency to jump the gun and remove any content associated with someone controversial who might harm her reputation in any possible way.
