she’s only AR 19, and since fontaine is the talk now, all you really have to do to learn this stuff is watch a video or two, you have to be AR 28 or so to unlock fontaine archon quest which is what she was talking about. so everyone is confused for a god reason. there is a reason you can’t see her UID in the diving clip from in game fontaine-because it wasn’t her clip.

You got the story of the character a fighter who can bend the elements to their will who sees something mysterious about 5 minutes into the game their is a random drunk bard who is actually important and then you break into multiple dungeons to eventually go into one more and fight a dragon

What's funny is that there are 'pokeballs' in Genshin. x'D You can buy them in Inazuma and capture various animals and critters (such as dogs, pigeons, frogs, etc) and put them into your own home (you get it in Liyue, which Jaiden didn't get to, it seems). The personal realms, that are STUNNING to look at, hold your house and several islands each and which you can customize however you like, is one of my favorite aspects of Genshin!

So apparently you actually _can_ skip Liyue, Inazuma and Sumeru and go straight to Fontaine after fighting Stormterror. There’s even a teleport waypoint so you don’t have to walk all the way there. Probably to make the game more accessible to new players who don’t have to go through 200 hours of story to build that one five star they got when they started playing

I love the whiplash caused by presenting Mondstadt and Fontaine back to back. The change in tone is a bit more of a slow burn throughout the region, but jumping from one to the other shows how Wild the game's writing has gotten.

As funny as the Idea of it is, you can't go from the end of Mondstadt's quest straight to Fontaine's quest, you can visit the region but to do the quest you have to do all the main quests that came before. I'm guessing Mihoyo gave Jaiden an account that had the Fontaine quest unlocked an asked her to talk about it, and Jaiden decided to play through the beginning of the game to have some context.

As someone who has played Genshin from day one, I highly suggest playing Genshin for the story and exploration. The story and world will keep expanding for at least another 2-3 years so there is a lot to explore. There is also a ‘competitive’ side of the game if you like maximising your damage to your foes, but that involves a bit of time and effort. Other then that, play how you like. The first 28 adventures ranks can feel a bit slow, but once you get past that you’re all set.

actually, if you start fresh the adventure rank is way easier to level up than day 1 players. since exploration is the fastest way to level it up, and you now have access to tons of new areas since most of them are unlocked after mondstat, and there's also more hangouts/character quests that also give AR.

As an actual player of the game There is nothing to the game other than the good story world exploration and fun characters There is no competition it's single player You can play co-op but you can only fight those bosses for materials to upgrade with Which is time locked with a resource called resin You also have to use this resin to get artifacts to do any damage or else you die easily Fomo is the key of the game If you like this gacha game when you see it try it, do not commit to it with the feeling of it owing you anything The end

I think people are saying about there's an opened teleport for event in fontaine, but then again if you can't stand to play the archon quest and don't enjoy the story, there's a lot more game that'll suit your taste better, also there's a game zenless zen zero coming out from hoyo, maybe that's more of your jam, a fast paced action game similar to honkai impact 3rd but I believe a better combat system

Lmao the jump from the entire story of mondstadt to the first chapter of Fontaine and the length comparison of Mond's whole plot being like, 1/2 the video and Fontaine's FIRST PART ALONE being like 1/3 of it should tell you how much more content the stories have past Mond. I've been playing since 1.0 and I can not emphasize enough HOW GOOD the plot gets even just out of Mond. Love the game, love the video :D. Glad you enjoyed Genshin.

I personally loved Sumeru, but I'm looking forward to Natlan and Snezhnaya (and Khaenri'ah) trying to top it.
