Muthuvel Pandian had done all the crimes, including cutting the ears, not following the jailer's regulations, dealing with illegal weapon and goon dealers, multiple murders after retirement...but he is killing father of a 10 year old grandson, who did not commit any crime yet. No logic is fine, but the fundamental logic of the story was made with blunder mistakes, just to look different from the story and scenes of previous films.
