Would like to say Jaime, been watching you since the PocketNow of old happy to see you having your own channel to post the content you want to post and not being tied down to what somebody is requiring you to. The format of tech briefing has been going strong so far. My suggestions would be I would like to see do videos that focus more on one content area and tech, keeping it on a single subject. That way there can be more of a deep dive with more details. Then maybe once a week on either Monday or Friday if there is news stories that can’t fit into a deep dive, then you can include them into a “rapid fire briefing”. Keep up the great work over here, loving to see you putting out your own content.

Honestly TikTok needs to be banned everywhere. Never saw its appeal, too much cringe content and video should be horizontal and not crammed in 1 minute to spam the attention of its viewers.

I do think a lot of it needs to change, but I do love how it's opened the door to other competitors to open the door to more creators. Idk how you don't see it's appeal. It's a new app. New social apps tends to be number 1 automatically because young people likes new social media apps but also newer usually would have a more user interface marketing to newer therefore younger audience. Then the new generation likes short form content. The belief is if you watch a 2 minute movie summary then you just saved yourself 2hrs. But it's also a social media app for short form content. And the new generation likes things quick. Lower attention span. Even modern education. The lessons are actually only 20 minutes, the rest is warm-up, activity/quiz and then just 4 minutes of free time for preparing for next class. I really don't see how you don't see it's pitch. Unless you are too old. I'm sorry then. Edit: Also Horizontal is better for filming. Like when you are showing landscapes or if your camera is far enough from you. But when you want to make a quick video of yourself. The fastest way is to not rotate your phone, use the front camera and vertical filming allows the user to do a full shot of themselves even with only 1 ft away from the camera. If 16:9 is good for wide shots then 9:16 would be good for tall shots. In cameras if you're trying to picture a tall building from the bottom. You will see that a vertical image would look more appealing. Also yeah I'm from this generation I didn't even read the second half of your comment until now.

Appreciate it. We did time stamps years ago on the old channel, but it’s a complicated endeavor. The less watch time a video has, the less a video does well or gets promoted. The impact ended up being negative in the long run. It’s why for me it’s more important to make a video that’s short enough to be worth the watch regardless. We’ll keep A/B testing.
