Hey Billy here's my car, don't mind that it's highly incriminating evidence in a half dozen murders and the destruction of hundreds of thousands in private and public property.
@Croftice18 ай бұрын
@@22steve5150 See. It's not the same car anymore. Jake's/Jamie's car was pitch black even during the day. The car Billy received is 2 tone, clearly visible during both scenes (the scene with Kerry and the scene with Billy). What I'm saying is, when Jamie reveals himself to Kerry, he said he lost his powers ("I can't do that again"), the same goes for the car, it lost all the magic it had, Billy simply received a random car's prototype, one of a kind, sure, but no longer a murder weapon/tool of revenge. Even sheriff Loomis realised, that whatever is eliminating Packard's gang isn't from this world, when that black car suddenly disappeared before his eyes. And only one person from Packard's gang was spared - Rughead, who was basically innocent, had nothing to do with Jamie's murder. So after eliminating the whole gang (minus one innocent) the case was "closed as solved" basically. No gang member left to kill, no weapon/tool to use, Billy's new car was quite ordinary, no longer a supernatural force for exacting revenge on a bad street racer gang.

Not only that, but the car changed. While it was an obvious error behind the scenes. When Jake gave him the car, it has all the identifying marks of a local car. Such as the Dodge logo and some labels. Whereas the Turbo has no ID marks of any kind when it was racing and killing.

This movie is one of my favorites from the 80s. But, a lot of 80s movies had one fatal flaw... Plot holes. Too many unanswered questions. Like, how did Jamie get the power of the Wraith, and the car? Who, or what, gave them to him? Why did he just leave his brother behind? Wouldn't he have wanted to rekindle a relationship with his brother, as well as his girl? I enjoy the Wraith, every time I see it. But, those are questions I'd need answered.

One day there will a remake of this courtesy of the modern instagram generation. It'll be politically correct. It'll have great special effects. It'll LOSE all the emotion and heart - guaranteed it'll suck.
