I've been threatened and called a cunt for the stupidest shit. I've been yelled at multiple times for asking people how to spell their names. This man's name was Gerald and he was mumbling and talking very fast over the phone, which is already hard to hear on and I asked him how to spell it and he starts yelling at me, calling me ableist slurs and saying that I'm a dumb cunt and "didn't even know how to spell Gerald." Honestly employees should be able to tell customers no. Ofc customer service is important and there should still be professionalism. Like no yelling and fighting with the customer, but firmly telling them that they’re wrong and they need to leave. Employees should be treated valuably as real people and have more power instead of being forced to put up with unnecessary and unfair bullshit. The customer is not always right and they should not be allowed to act rudely or throw a fit in a store.

The kids that made those noises in middle school in the middle of class and got no reproctions were one of the main reasons I started getting homeschooled. They would make those noises the entire class and then I finally told the teacher and he said he didn’t hear anything and the guidance said there was nothing they can do. I have OCD and it triggered it severely. I couldn’t stay in class because of it. Then the school had the balls to threaten to throw me out because I keep leaving class because of anxiety attacks which brought my grades down. The school was a private catholic school so they managed to get away with breaking the ADA laws. Guess what, in high school I went to a school for kids that didn’t fit in (kids bullied, depressed, have anxiety, mental disorders, autism, chronic pain, etc.) and graduated a year early as co-valedictorian. I’m in a Abled Disabled Alliance club at my college and the same things happened to a girl with POTS in it. Catholic schools (in my experience are really ableism and get away with it).

So fun fact! I know where that pro golf is (recognized it from the field it's like right next to the highway), and have a general idea of where he's from (can smell the wealth/affluence on him), and I would say that as a person of the city/county he (probably) claims I would apologize except he most certainly isn't and if he was he would've gotten his ass beat by now.
