I really think that kids shouldn't be allowed online until at least 14-16. There's way too much evidence of the damage caused to kids who make content online at such a young age, Piper being a prime example. I personally think that adult children's content creators should be supervised, because even though it might seem pretty innocent on the surface, there are a lot of hidden messages in those videos that you're kid is slowly feeding into.
