Jake the people need to know, what’s your favorite type of noodle?!! Any runner will tell you you stretching bad. But active mobility work, rolling, massage is what you wanna do. Lot of research supporting what Jake says.

Can’t lie, big fella here. Pasta definitely works. Not training for the military or nothing like that, but I am training for law enforcement. Dropped 3 minutes off of my mile time. 11:30 plus- 8:27 being my fastest mile. But overall it helps with recovery as he says. Not training to be fast either I just wanted to see what it was about

The brain devours carbs and uses at least 20% of the bodies energy each day. Pasta also keeps your brain energized to make better decisions and even with sleep. Not getting much sleep it is vital to get enough carbs because the brain is not getting normal recovery from sleep. Jake is SPOT on with the pasta in extreme physical or lack of sleep situations.

I been training to the FBI PT specifically the 300 meter sprint and 1.5 mile run. I do good on my run high 10 minute 1.5 mile run but after the 300 meter my body is dead. I’m going to give the pasta a shot

Running 5 times a week. 4 of days are 4 mile runs and other day is speed work

I used to carb deplete for bodybuilding and it was not good. You really need the carbs.
