The first part of the video is literally me. I am taking a year off of school, have a part time job, and am working out a lot. I am not "training" yet, but I soon will be once I am in better shape to do the PDF. Great video.

I would love to see some “where are they now” videos. I especially like to see people of my skin tone entering special operations, and/or excelling in military career fields we aren’t expected to.

Alot of people don't know how hard it is to get that Trident. It is more than just getting that pin. It's a real Lifestyle one must live. From what I learned, it's hard core commitment.

I figured you were doing 7 min miles , that’s my goal , I did run a little yesterday before work , did a quick mile , felt really good , , almost 9 minutes . Killed it at work , I run CT scanners at Norfolk Gen , very busy Level 1 , so if I can run before work , I just made a huge summit , cause nobody I know , or work with , bangs a 12 hour grind then says , hey let’s hit the street , and knock out a quick 4 mile . Lol , it gets easier , just have to stick with it .

Only two pains he has to experience. The pain of discipline and the pain of disappointment. If you can handle the pain of discipline, you will never experience the pain of disappointment. Especially true in the military life as well as athletics. Also true in most of life’s endeavors.
