I stick with bisexual, but tend to prefer men. Married to my ex wife for 9 years, in a relationship with my partner for 8 years. (The two of them go to movies together, lol, they’ve bonded over marvel movies) I prefer men, but don’t close the door on women. Thanks for sharing your story, sir!

The reason people try to categorize others is because everyone tries to label themselves. And in an attempt to stand out, they keep coming up with new names to make themselves stand out. A lot of these labels also originated in porn as a way to direct viewers to their preferred type of performer. People are now trying to fit into these categories mainly to advertise themselves to those who are attracted to their anesthetic. I honestly cannot say I would date a Trans woman, because for me that will always visually be a woman no matter what is between her legs. But that could change if i met the right one. The problem is nowadays we're not really taking the time to get to know PEOPLE. We make up this predetermined "type" where they have to check all the boxes before we even give them the time of day.

Thanks, Jaks, for sharing your story. Sexuality can be very fluid over time. I myself, am attracted to both men and women. I was married to a woman for 17 years and have two beautiful children. Now I have been with my husband for 28 years. I have felt deep love for both of them and consider both of them my soul mates. Circumstances change, life changes. You learn more about yourself as the years go by. I would love to have a man and a woman in my life at the same time, but that will never happen, so I appreciate what I do have.

Dude I'm bisexual myself and I was married for twenty eight years. And then I suddenly wasn't anymore. I'm now a sixty year old virgin as far as the relationship I would love to have with another guy. You were saying that you couldn't have both. But I've recently seen Lady boys. Looks like a beautiful woman with beautiful breasts but male where it counts. I think for a Bisexual man. A beautiful lady boy would be the perfect fit. So I'm still a little hopeful. But who knows.

It's the opposite for me. I used to like both, but as I grew older. I'm more and more set in stone in my attraction to the male body. My 20 was the turning point for me, that was when my attraction to girls started to go away. Now, I'm 32 and I can confidently say that I no longer feel any attraction to the opposite gender, like at all. Show me a beautiful lady in less clothing in my teen years and I would "get up", but now it doesn't do a thing to me. Show me a man however. It'll stand like it's saluting.

Hi Jaks, being a newbie to social media I only just discovered your videos/shorts - a very good experience for me. I enjoyed listening to your coming out story: so different from mine, and yet so many similarities as well. Inevitably hearing from you sent me down memory lane (my own coming out, such as it was, happened in 1976!) which was good but kept me up at night -- and heaven knows I need my beauty sleep, so thanks for that :--) I also watched a number of your shorts. One that particularly resonated with me was the one where you explain it is alright to be vanilla, or bland, or whatever. I like nothing better than staying at home with a good book. To ech his own. What would be really boring is if we were all exactly the same, liked the same thing, etc. Another interesting one is the one where you told you tend to get noticed by different types of men depending on whether you are clean-shaven or are sporting a beard. Very true indeed, as most men will agree. And yet... I am one of those who prefer to look at clean-shaven faces (I am always suspicious about what these beards might be hiding, it could be a a multiplicity of sins, or even a multiplicy of chins) but your particular type of beard/stubble (bristly rather than fluffy) is actually quite attractive. In fact it reminds me of the first guy I made love with (although ancient I can just about remember it!). Oh well. Just wanted to say hi, really. Keep up the good work. I hope to find the time to watch more of your videos (obviously I haven't even begun to scratch the surface so far). Oh, before I forget, the best thing about your videos is that you are so eloquent. Do you just talk off the cufff? Quite amazing. And much appreciated and enjoyed. Bart

Labels make things quick and easy to categorize but nothing about people is that simple. I hate labels and all the bs that comes from them in and out of the LGBTQ community. We don't have a label for people who like pizza or for those who don't like jazz, why do we still need labels for our sexuality? You do you man, find happiness with whoever makes you happy!

Jaks, Your story was refreshing to hear. My philosophy for sexual identity has always been: sex is not male or female, it’s human. I know for me there was a physical awakening before the psychological awakening. I was 12 years old and being fitted at a men’s store for a new suit. When the salesman ran his hands down my legs in order to get measurements I felt like I had been struck with lightning. This wasn’t pervy in any way. It was just when my body woke up to sensual feelings. There was no bodily response like an erection, just an awakening and a feeling I had never experienced. And yes, it was incredible. The psychological part has been a rough road at times given the times and home I lived in over the years. I share the above to let you know not to worry about coming out when or to whom. It’s your life, your body, (and I might add a very fine body) and your in control. Enjoy all the sensations and emotions that you will have coming your way. Never regret !!!!

Hi Jaks, PS to reply (below) to your coming out story: I forgot to say, I appreciated you talked not just about your actual coming out (to parents, family and beyond) but also about how you dealt with what needs to take place before that: learning to understand what is going on and who you are -- in fact, coming out to yourself, as you migth say. How else can you explain that to other people? And to me that part of the story is perhaps even more important than the coming out part.

@@Jaksattacks Don+t see anything only in the physical attraction and being male or female. Have eyes which can see more. GOD give it and GOD shall took it away. After rising from the dead, we are genderless. Mark 12:25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven. Life is not fornicating with one another. (wise soul FLEES FORNICATIONS). Life is: a test though which we chose life or death, getting right with GOD and becoming new creature, There`s only reasons to PRAISE GOD, cause HE give us; - our existence (life), - our health, - made us either male or female, Everything which is worthy to have, GOD GIVE. So, souls, what`s it is? You all gonna chose life and flee fornications? or You all gonna chose death and make your own lives only filled with fornications? Cause ALONE TIME stops your heart? Away from other HUMANS, take away your mind? What`s scars you all HAVING ALONE TIME? Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. Mankind has turned lives into 1 big fornications with everyone. No wonder, no soul has no longer any will to live. (Suicide rates are high). We should start advising humans to have ALONE TIME without any technological garbage: TVs Phones - computers - internet. It is healthy to feel: boredom WE ARE SPIRITS, after all. Genderless beings. Why to make this temporarily life filled with PRIDE AND SICK AND EVIL WAYS of living? What reflects in our lives that, we being HUMANS? - abusing one another daily in all evil and sick ways - is that what`s reflects it? We desire so badly the fate SODOM AND GOMORRAH had? Luke 5:32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. No soul is born any of the lgbitq+ All humans are born with sinful nature, making us deceivable beings. Tell a beautiful lie: - moon landing - living on a globe - 1000s of genders - evolution - climate change - governments shares real news - Schools give us education ……… we believe. Tell truth: - Humans are sinners, called to repentance - born again - obey BIBLE - flat earth covered with firmament, no moving, perfect creation from GOD - mankind under MK ULTRA mind control (deceived by lies) - THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT OF GOD - TV and schools BRAINWASH our minds - Only 2 genders (male and female) …….. we believe not.

I believe that we all have been both genders (male and female) in many previous lifetimes and that we "soul contract" for the most part prior to incarnating in our present lifetime, choosing our current sexual orientation. In a past life we could have been female and in this lifetime male or vice versa. There are variables, of course - not everything is set in stone. We can also choose on a soul level to change our orientation as we go along in our present life. So, it can be fluid. We are basically born a certain way, but I believe (for the most part) it's our own choosing.

I dont agree with the once you come out your always coming out. Unless I am asked point blank I don’t feel it is necessary to discuss my sexuality because that doesn’t define who I am as a person. Sometimes falling in love is about the person, their soul, their mind, not what is between their legs. I fell in love with a best friend one time not because I wanted to but because the chemistry was there. It didn’t happen quickly it took years but once it did it was intense. I remember he started smelling really good and I ask him what kind of cologne he was wearing , it was spicy, earthy, maybe a little citrus, whatever it was it smelled awesome. Well guess what, he said he wasn’t wearing any cologne and from that time forward just walking behind him got my hormones raging because that wonderful spicy smell drove me crazy. He was and is definitely straight so that didn’t end well and we are no longer friends. Sadly I have never been in a loving relationship where the chemistry was that intense so I guess you could say I am a firm believer in love potion number 9. Lol I dated women until I was 37 and had sex with several but never got emotionally attached to any which can be a good thing because you don’t get consumed with that person but it’s not fair to them either. I have never been the type that could just hook up with anyone but at the same time I can meet someone and know instantly if I can, if that makes sense and it doesn’t always matter about what they look like, it can be total chemistry. Funny, as I get older everything I just said matters less and less and I realize that is normal too.

Sorry second comment. You’re right that once you come out you’re always coming out. Every new group, I have to evaluate whether to come out. Once people start talking about their spouses, though, I feel comfortable talking about my partner by name in conversation. It makes life so much easier not to have to play Monday-morning pronoun change, and awkward references to “my partner” where I would use a pronoun. I haven’t had any obvious negative reactions doing that.

Except not everyone likes the ‘Q’ word, or agrees with its use. If pronouns and gender identities are to be respected, then so should other identities. Most people in the community don’t like, or identify with the ‘Q,’ so it bothers me that nowadays so many people are referring to everyone in the community as the ‘Q’ word by default.

I recently came out (5 weeks ago). What advice would you give someone like myself ?

Hi Andrew, I’ve seen your comment and am surprised that you’ve not yet had a reply. The first pointer would be for you to put your safety first. Take it slow and careful and build up a support group of like minded friends. How fast you get fully out would depend on this network and the general attitude in your area. Big hug from🇿🇦

If you live in a conservative country be safe !! if you live in a tolerant country where lgbt people have rights, then BE PROUD OF YOURSELF .. if people see you proud and confident, they will accept you more

Your parents gave you an incredible gift. They allowed you to be a child. I was given that same gift.
