That guitar at the end is HUGE when it hits. It's easy to take an 8 string, dial in a heavy tone, and djent. But the restraint to take those same tools and just vibe? Masterful
@xtriscuitx Жыл бұрын
I've come back to this track like 25+ times already for this exact reason. The restraint, and space in the end. With the low end keyboard, it's just perfect.

I honestly think this is my favorite ever song. I've always looked for music that blends vocals, technical guitar, and electronic elements, but nothing has really spoken to me until "Wait" and "Raum". What I'm hearing is a fulfillment of a lifelong dream - I've found the sound I've looked for my whole life. For me, the only thing that compares is Angels & Airwaves (Heaven / The Gift), which is obviously missing the guitar, but is a mastery of everything else. This is next level.

Heaven and The Gift are also two of my favourite AVA songs, it's interesting the crossovers we see here!

I'm 52 and LOVE guitar and guitarists of all styles - I still play live and have listened to everyone over the years - Jakub and Plini, Nick Johnston, the Polyphia, Periphery and AAL boys are all taking the instrument in new amazing directions and it's awesome to hear :D Can't wait to see Jakub with Plini live this year!

Everything Jakub releases is so incredibly unique and inspiring. The Nothing Lasts Nothing’s Lost album got me through one of the darkest times with my state of mind during the lockdown period in 2020 and seeing Jakub continue to release incredible music makes me so happy. Thank you for your amazing music Jakub, you are truly one of a kind and a huge inspiration towards my own musical journey 🧡

When someone like me hears new music with a video, the mind searches for similarities in what was previously heard and seen. Ewert And The Two Dragons vibes in the video (unreal fabrics in their outfits!) and Gundelach in the music. But having said that, this is unique and electrifying. YT suggestions hit the nail on the head again! thx

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jakub Z's playing and his compositions. They're so other worldly and just pure stunning. My teeny bit of feedback here is that so much overprocessing is really not needed. Right from his voice, to the guitar to the whole song seems over processed and could do so much better being more simple because the song itself is absolutely bonkers beautiful. My 2 cents that his music has started being too processed.....that said I've listened to this song 15 times in the past 20 minutes or so lol! uffffff it is so fkn good.
