Great lesson! I’ve been playing this in open G for a while but this lesson has really helped me understand what’s really happening in the song. Thanks 🙏

Huge thanks from the Ross the Requestor. Bonus - The very beginning can be played by finger plucking the open d and g strings.

Ryan! I just want to tell you that in the past I have ONLY gotten lessons from Marty Swartz (martymusic). However, YOU HAVE SO MANY SONGS HE DOESNT! I am 24 and have been playing heavily since I had my first kid (about 3 years ago), but I first started playing when I was 6 years old. It brings be exponential joy to learn AIC and Pearl Jam (my two most favorite bands) and you do an amazing job at teaching and you’re funny too! Thank you, sir! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Dude Ry! You have been helping me HELLA! Every song you show me is like achieving a mini-dream.. Next time you go on a 90s funk, can you show us, And Fools Shine On, by Brother Cane..? You'd be the only Kat on the YouSchtube cool enough, currently no videos on that one, thanks again for everything..

Also a lot like Guns N’ Roses, I believe the writer of most of their songs were definitely fans of the rolling stones, especially Mr. Izzy Stradlin.

he came from hickory. we went up there to a couple of boxes of flooring and have lunch, but returned with a new refrigerator and a guitar. remind me never to go to hickory again.
