Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Pérez (D-WA) believes that a cultural shift needs to take place to reinvigorate students' entry into the trades. While she doesn't believe the federal government is necessarily the best way to go about that, she notes that it can help by making grant funds available to potential trade school students.
