Very, very good track! I think I got lydian down now :D Imagine the major scale starting from the root note, take the major 3rd and play the minor scale with the major 3rd as root note from there. Thank you very much!

LOVE IT!!!! Many thanks, for me this will always be the, "Flying in a Blue Dream" mode. I guess the typical progression here in C for example is Cmaj7 --> D6th ??

transtremm Thanks for watching! Generally the easy way to think of it is just 2 chord over the 1 chord, with plenty of variations on it, like your example
