My Jamaican girlfriend went to Italy in the 90s. Italian men were following her all around, telling her they love her, giving her flowers, singing songs to her, telling her how beautiful she is, etc. Oh Lord it was hectic. This was all witnessed by her cousins and friends that she was with. She’s a beautiful and elegant black lady so I was not surprised in the least.
