Breadfruit is not to be cooked it's a fruit must be ripen and eat or make juice banana also must not be cooked any plants we eat with seeds is not to be cooked cucumber not a vegetable it's a fruit pumpkin is a fruit even ourselves carries seeds everything that was created is a fruit or a vegetable and fruit are not to be cooked you can check for yourself
