I've always struggled with making fritters. Ms. Debbie I followed your advice, took my time, and with your video guidance as I cooked, made these, and they turned out SOOOOOO well. They were DELICIOUS! I don't like pepper but took a chance with the scotch bonnet and it added so much flavor-- just like you said. Thanks Ms. Debbie.

Hi Debbie! I'm a Barbadian girl living in Toronto Canada. Love all your videos hun. I use collard greens often. It's nice,not bitter but I cook it down for about 40 mins with garlic, tomatoes, thyme and seasoning powders and a little margarine and water. It's not as quick cooking as spinach. Another green that's nice is Swiss Chard either red or white. Have a nice weekend 😍
