Jamaican Fruit Cake |Rum Cake

Hi guys. In today’s video I’m sharing with you how to make Christmas fruit cake.
Ingredients used:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp nutmeg powder
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp mix spice
2 1/4 cups dark brown sugar
4 sticks unsalted butter
8 large eggs
1/4 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp vanilla extract
4 cups fruit- puree
1 1/2 tsp rose water almond
Browning- desired amount
Rum/wine - desired amount
