How To Make Jamaican Black Christmas Rum Fruit Cake | Lesson #4
Ingredients:
1 cup raisen
1 cup fruit mix
1 cup Cherries
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1cup Raisins
3 cups Plain Flour
1 cup Butter
1 bottle browning
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp all spice
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cup brown Sugar
6 Eggs
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
3 tsp. Baking Powder
*Start with 1 cup of wine & Rum (blend)
Then check to see the measurements
If its not 4 cup of fruit mix
Add more Wine or Rum to get it there
BAKE @350× FOR 1HR/MINS
