The Caribbean is such a rich melting pot of many different races and ethnicities and so there's such an extremely wide variety of different foods with many different influences whether it's African, Indian, Chinese, Lebanese/Syrian, European, etc. All done with a Caribbean twist (e.g. green onions, thyme, scotch bonnet peppers, etc.).
