I prefer they kept us a secret cause local’s don’t have nothing for themselves. It’s like mini Africa they sold out the land and everything in it to china. My mom was a single mother and took us all on a trip to Europe once. We all still recant the memories to this day. I know from experience your kids appreciate the hell out of you for taking them, it’s no joke trying to coordinate those trips as a single mom.

Me too. The Caribbean is such a rich melting pot of many different races and ethnicities and so there's such an extremely wide variety of different foods with many different influences whether it's African, Indian, Chinese, Lebanese/Syrian, European, etc. All done with a Caribbean twist (e.g. green onions, thyme, scotch bonnet peppers, etc.).

I’m speechless! This video reminded me a lot when I was kid in Dominican Republic. I remember the same exact type of crabs, food and open markets with the exception The super hot Scotch bonnet, we consume the sweet variant of Scotch bonnet where I come from. Jamaica is such a beautiful and wonderful place, can’t wait to visit.
